About the episode

Linc comes to with a nasty gash and presumably a rather nasty concussion, complete with fuzzy vision. A car pulls up and out comes Felonious Kellerman who attempts to suffocate Linc with his glove. I hope that's not real leather. Another car approaches and a guy in a baseball cap asks if they need help. Kellerman's answer is the negative, but the good samaritan points out the engine is still smoking. The guy takes out a fire extinguisher and whacks Kellerman in the head with it. Yay! Good Samaritan, oh who am I kidding?, it's Silver Fox, hauls Linc away.
Sucre returns to GenPop and is warmly welcomed back by HIC and Michael in the yard. Michael says the map's complete; all they need now is the key to Doc's office since they're coming up through the Whack Shack and not their previous route. C-Note questions if they can run a bump and swipe with a guard like they did in order to get the key to the Pope's office waaaay back in September, or I mean, a few weeks ago (remember that?). C-Note wasn't even in on the plan at that stage. Anyhoo, Michael says no because only medical staff has the key to the office. Westmoreland interrupts the plannin' as he spots a better-coiffed Abruzzi returning. T-Bag shits a brick.
Lunch. Michael greets religious Abruzzi who hugs him which weirds out Michael a tad. Heh. Michael informs Abruzzi that they've encountered a few setbacks (a few?!) in the Great Escape and asks if the reformed Abruzzi is still in. Abruzzi figures that his new soul deserves to be free and he'll have a plane ready. Then they pray. Seriously.
Pope gets an update on the Linc sit: 2 officers dead, one in critical condition and Linc still missing. Pope's freaking out; just wait 'til the press gets wind of this! And they could very well lose their jobs. Bellick suggests keeping it quiet ('cuz that always works) for a while. He says he's friends with the county sheriff and he'll help keep a lid on it, all he needs is 4 to 5 hours. "Find him," Pope growls.
Nick and Veronica are swamped. They've received copies of CQ's many phone records. Oh yeah, and Nick is feeling guilty.
Bellick's on the scene and is getting updated by Sheriff. Seems a Mustang drove off with Linc. Kellerman's there, sporting an ice pack on his head. He gives a false name and hurriedly answers Bellick's questions before skedaddling. Once safely in his vehicle, he checks his radio interceptor.
Michael's shirtless (woo!) and Doc's treating his burn. When she stands in front of him he leans in and tenderly kisses her. It's not some graphic all-tongue kiss, just a tender, slow sexy kiss. That sound you hear? Millions of viewers achieving orgasm simultaneously. Doc responds to the kiss (who wouldn't?), but does stop it. "What do you want from me, Michael?" "I need you to do something for me." Michael eyes the keyring poking out of her coat pocket before gruffly asking, "Wait for me." She tells him she can't be with him while he's inside, she just can't.
Newbie returns to his cell and offers BitchMaster $100 a month. BitchMaster says that's real nice of him, but Newbie has only one thing he's interested in. BitchMaster hangs a sheet. Newbie cries.
The yard. Michael asks Newbie to run another bump and swipe for him, like he did with the watch. Newbie points out that the last time he helped Michael, things didn't turn out so well for him. He asks Michael to kill BitchMaster for him, but Michael says that's not something he can do. Newbie then tells a mini-autobiography, all about how he ended up in Fox River. Seems he knew a kid from the neighborhood who's dad had a baseball card collection. Newbie wasn't into baseball (hoops is his game) so he figured he'd snatch the collection for a little spending money. One of the cards was a 1910 and worth $300,000. So he got sentenced to five years for grand larceny. The moral of this story: never steal anything unless you know how much it costs. Newbie feels sorry for himself.
Linc awakens in a junkyard. "Dad." Yup, it's Silver Fox. He says he's going to help Linc disappear. He fills Linc in(along with the rest of us): Daddy was never an alcoholic. He worked for Them- the Company, a group of multi-nationals. They essentially run the country. Decide which laws are passed, which judges are appointed etc. They "call every shot this country takes." Silver Fox had to leave his family behind in order to rise in the ranks. Linc's skeptical.
Michael's on the phone with Lovely Brunette (who's gotten even lovelier, I must say) and is requesting a favor. LB says no, she thinks it's too risky.
Back to Nick and Veronica. Seems over 200 businesses and 100 residences have been calling the same 406 number in Blackfoot, Montana. Hmmm....
Speaking of which, we transition to a shot of Steadman inserting his teeth (yum) and giving his sister a call. He's mighty snippy with her and she's plenty snippy right back. He goads her about her decreasing poll numbers and bitches about things taking too long. "The only reason you're still alive is because I won't let them kill you," she bitches. "Yeah, I'm pretty clear on that. But the thing I can't quite figure is with the crapstorm this thing's become, why they haven't killed you." Ooh, snap!
T-Bag's shaving in his cell when Abruzzi pops by to bury the hatchet. They shake, call a truce, Abruzzi leaves and T-Bag has to change his drawers. Again.
Pope's bitching (a lot of that going around). He gives Bellick 2 more hours to find Linc and then he's going to the press. Their jobs be damned! As Bellick leaves, Newbie appears and begs for a cell transfer. Bellick walks away.
The sheet's hung, but that's it for ambiance 'cuz I don't think inmates are allowed candles. BitchMaster advises Newbie, "You need to start relaxing, hurt a lot less." Newbie requests they use BitchMaster's bunk (the top one), so BitchMaster happily starts plumping pillows and making his bunk all comfy for his rape victim. Newbie takes out a razor blade and Slice! say bye-bye to mini-BitchMaster.
Doc's heading out to lunch when LB approaches and asks to speak with her, saying she's afraid Michael's going to get into trouble. They go to a diner and LB tells Doc all about how she met Michael. She was brought to America by some men who promised her a good job, but were just intending to sell her. Michael paid them off and instead of keeping her for himself, he let her go. When Doc presses LB on what she said earlier, she bolts, but not before knocking her purse to the floor. Doc helps her pick it up.
Father and son reunion hour. Silver Fox says he leaked the info about EcoField (Steadman's company-remember that one? There'll be a test later). To cover it up the Company faked Steadman's death, effectively ending the investigation. They used Linc to flush out Silver Fox. He didn't come forward before 'cuz he still actually believes in their cause. "Wars can be averted, millions of lives saved." "So you were willing to sacrifice one?" Linc's pissed and points out that he wasn't the only sacrifice. Lisa's dead, Michael's in Fox River and L.J.'s awaiting trial. Silver Fox knows all of this. "This is on you, all of it," Linc grits out. Outside a salvage worker spots the Mustang.
T-Bag's on the prowl, making his way to Abruzzi's cell, shank in hand. C-Note stops him and reminds him that Abruzzi's providing transpo. C forces T-Bag to hand over the shank. Abruzzi shoots a knowing glance at T-Bag's retreating back.
Doc can't find her keys.
Visitation. Michael tells LB that it was wrong of him to ask her to get the key, but she just hands it to a surpised Michael and tells him now they're even. Before leaving she says, "The lady doctor, she cares for you."
Sheriff radios Bellick with the Mustang's location, which Kellerman picks up on his interceptor. He pulls into the junkyard and thus begins the game of cat and mouse. A cop car, carrying Bellick, also arrives on the scene. Kellerman fits his gun with a silencer and corners Linc, who mouths/whispers to Silver Fox to get out. Linc then hollers for Bellick and puts up his hands. Kellerman hightails it outta there.
Sucre gives Michael, who's making copies of the keys, the latest on BitchMaster. Currently he's in the infirmary and he lied about how he was injured. That way he can get even with Newbie.
Doc and Nurse Katie are turning the office upside down. Nurse Katie asks Doc when she last remembers having the keys. Doc says it was when she went to lunch then she remembers LB "dropping" her purse and perhaps picking Doc's pocket in the process. She checks out the visitation log and sure enough, Michael Scofield was visited by a one Nika Volek.
Out in the yard weirdo Abruzzi asks Michael for Fib's (remember him? Wow, they sure are asking us to remember a lot in this episode, aren't they?) whereabouts. He needs to provide forgiveness for his greatest transgressors so that they can all heal. Spiritually, that is. Michael says nice story, but no dice. Abruzzi understands and says he can be patient. So he gives Nick (!) a call, telling him he's on standby. He wants Nick to bring Veronica to the airstrip.
Newbie's feeling sorry for himself again. Michael asks why he doesn't get himself put in the SHU and Newbie says he'd have to admit to what he did to BitchMaster and that would get him another 20 years. Michael says there may be a way out and asks if he can trust Newbie. Oh, damn your guilty conscience Scofield!
Infirmary. Doc's pretty cold toward Michael when she enters. Michael asks if she's okay with what happened that morning and Doc's sure she understands what happened perfectly. Nurse Katie tells Doc she found her keys and asks if Doc still wants maintenance to change the locks. Doc doesn't take her eyes off Michael when she says to send the maintenance worker in. She notices Michael's reaction and calls him on it. Then she totally freezes him out and leaves.
Linc returns to Fox River and Pope orders 24 hour surveillance.
Next day. Newbie tells Bellick he's got real info this time. "Scofield and his whole PI crew-they're escaping."
So Bellick tears apart the NSB. The floor sounds hollow, so he pulls up the rugs and gets to whacking and...uncovers the Hole!
